About the Contractor

EllisDon is an employee-owned company, founded in London, Ontario in 1951 and has grown to become a major international firm completing more than $2 billion dollars in new construction projects annually, with approximately $5.0 billion in construction projects underway. About the Architect

PBK Architects Inc., a member of GENIVAR, is a Canadian firm of architects based in Vancouver, British Columbia, with a branch office in Toronto, Ontario. It was originally founded in the mid-1960's as an affiliate of Phillips Barratt Engineers, and continues to practice today as an integrated architectural and engineering company. As one of the largest architectural firms in Vancouver, PBK has designed projects across the country from Vancouver Island to Newfoundland.

In recent years PBK has expanded into the United States, where they have executed many successful large-scale facilities. Projects range in size from less than $1 million, to over $300 million in capital costs. These projects include a diverse range of sectors from complex laboratory and healthcare buildings, sports, recreation and entertainment facilities, to transportation and industrial-related facilities.

Envision Tatham

Envision-Tatham provides environmental design and planning services for a broad range of private and government sector clients in central Ontario.

Envision-Tatham is a joint venture that combines the highly regarded skills of Envision - the Hough Group Limited and C.C. Tatham and Associates Ltd. to provide uniquely specialized services in landscape architecture, site planning, environmental planning, and parks and recreation design.
