Registration Details
Teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Late registrations will be placed on a cancellation waiting list. We reserve the right to reject any entry. A team is accepted and confirmed only when payment is received in full and an email stating acceptance is received by the registrant.
To register, please click on the appropriate tournament link above and follow the instructions provide. Please provide all the details that are requested on the online registration form. The application will automatically be sent to the Tournament Coordinator to review. Once accepted by the Tournament Coordinator an automatic email will be sent to the email address that you provided informing you that your team has been tentatively accepted into the tournament and to go ahead and send a cheque to the address provided. Once the team entry fee has been received by the Tournament Coordinator, another email will be sent to the team confirming their entry into the tournament.
Entry Fee Explanation
As per direction of the Federal Tax Department, tournament entry fees are GST applicable and we have been including GST in all tournament entry fees since 2005. With the implementation of the HST on July 1, 2010 new rules will apply. The explanations and instructions that we have been provided with are as follows:
Any tournament that is held after July 1, 2010 is HST applicable. However, if you have paid the full entry fee before May 1, 2010, then only the GST portion is required. The entry fee must be processed no later than April 30, 2010, so any cheques post-dated after that date must include the full HST.
Refund Policy
If a tournament is cancelled by the Tournament Coordinator prior to the start of the tournament, then a full refund will be issued to all confirmed teams. If the tournament is cancelled after games have been played then a pro-rated refund will be issued to all confirmed teams. The pro-rating will be based on the number of games already played.
Teams that withdraw from a tournament will be refunded their entry fee, less a 10% administration fee, provided the Tournament Coordinator is notified more than 14 days in advance of the start of the tournament. No refunds, for any reason, will be issued to any teams that withdraw within 14 days of the tournament start date.
Scheduling
Schedules will be available a minimum of two weeks prior to the Tournament dates. Upon completion, they will be posted on our website. Tournament results will be posted throughout the tournament.
Accommodation Information
Orillia Parks and Recreation is pleased to be working with Hudson Travel Group (HTG) effective for all tournaments in 2010. HTG will be providing complete travel and accommodation services for our tournaments.

Hudson Travel Group is the exclusive travel partner for all tournaments hosted by Orillia Parks and Recreation. Hudson Travel Group have blocks put aside at all the participating hotels, so be sure to contact them early and secure your spot.
