Note: The City of Orillia provides this and other documents in the popular Acrobat® Reader® software format. A free copy of this software may be downloaded from the Adobe web site.

We are pleased to introduce our new method of accessing Council Agendas and Minutes; this is a direct result of the Electronic Agenda project adopted by Council in 2008.  The link below will take you to our secure FilePro site.  The site presently contains all Agendas and Minutes from 2005 to current.  In the future we will be adding prior years on to the site.

Once on the FilePro site, click on the "+" symbol beside the links down the left hand side of the screen to drill down and find the Agenda/Minutes you desire (for quick reference, check the table below that lists the dates with scheduled meetings). Also, the "Advanced Search" feature on this site is very helpful for finding specific topics, etc. 

Note:
- Consent Agendas are included in Council Agendas beginning December 1, 2008.
- For agendas prior to 2005, please contact the Clerk's Department at 705-325-2108.

Regular meetings of Council are generally held every second Monday. Dates are shown on the Council Calendar. These meetings are held in the Council Chamber on the main floor of the Orillia City Centre, starting at 7:30p.m. These are open to the public and media; the meetings are also broadcast on Channel 10.

Special, Public or Planning meetings may vary in times and locations; please check the specific agenda for details.

Notice: Council Committee in Closed Session meetings are held prior to Council Committee Meetings. Please contact the Clerk's Department at 705-325-2108 to confirm the next meeting.

You may view the agenda pages by clicking on the FilePro link above or the complete Council and Council Committee agendas are available for review by the public in the Clerk's Office at the Orillia City Centre by 10:30 a.m. on the Friday preceding the meeting.

Also available, is an annual subscription service for paper copies of complete Council and Council Committee Agendas and Minutes, including all regular and special meetings. This service is available at the following annual fees:

i) Council Agenda Package $125/yr. (G.S.T. included)
ii) Council Committee Agenda Package $100/yr. (G.S.T. included)
iii) Council Minutes $ 25/yr. (G.S.T. included)
iv) Council Committee Minutes $ 20/yr. (G.S.T. included)
v) City-adopted minutes and reports in CD format $20./CD; $20./semi-annual update

If you would like to subscribe to one or more of the above-mentioned packages, please remit the appropriate fee and completed Annual Subscription form to the Clerk's office, Orillia City Centre, 50 Andrew Street South, Suite 300, Orillia, ON  L3V 7T5.

Please be advised that minutes are also available for viewing on this City's website. This subscription service is only for those who would like a paper copy of the complete agendas.
